What I Do

Within academia, industry and for-purpose missions, there are intersections of patterns, behaviours, rituals and attitudes.

My work as a practitioner is to analyse patterns, test assumptions - translating abstract into commonplace practice, knowledge and skills. This is for the betterment of workplaces (psychosocial safety) - Australia’s economy (workplace retention) - and Australian people (human rights causes).

Psychosocial safety, human rights and workforce equity are inextricably linked. Part of my mission is to socialise seemingly abstract human rights issues in Australia (slavery) and workforce equity applications (psychosocial safety).

 

The related tasks are clear - and complex. They involve raising the profile of these worthy causes via time, skill and expertise. The outcomes for stakeholders feature distinct practitioner insights, practical publishable applications, and strategic partnerships to advance Australia for the protection, dignity and welfare of Australians.
